Training and compliance calendar

Enter people and dates, or paste rows from the Training Roster and Program Calendar sheets of your workbook. The due dates and statuses are worked out with the same rules as the workbook’s formulas.

Nothing you type leaves this page, and nothing is kept after you close it. Your workbook is where the records live. The calendar file (.ics) leaves names out, because calendar apps usually sync to the cloud.

Rules used: insider threat awareness training for every cleared employee before access and every year after (§117.12(g)(2)); training for ITP personnel, including the ITPSO, on four required topics (§117.12(g)(1)). The rule sets no deadline for ITP personnel training, so the 30 days here is a company target you can keep or change. “Due soon” means within 30 days.
