Sources and scope
Guides cite the applicable regulations, directives and agency guidance. Follow those links to check the authority and the context for a statement. Your agency, contract and cognizant security authority may provide additional instructions.
The FSO Knowledge Desk publishes answers the maintainer has reviewed and accepted. Questions awaiting review are identified separately. Acceptance is not government approval; the public wiki is a reference snapshot, not a live currency monitor.
The Adjudication Atlas describes published DOHA decisions held in its dataset. Its coverage, extraction methods and limitations are explained on the landing page. Historical outcomes do not predict an individual case.
What the dates mean
A content review date records when guidance was checked against its sources. Atlas dataset dates describe the data release. A site build date records when the website was assembled; it does not mean every source or answer was reviewed on that day.
Corrections
Use the Report a correction link at the bottom of a page, or email the maintainer. Include the page address and the official source relevant to the correction. Do not include personal case details or classified information.
